Strengths & Limitations
Suitable for continuous operating temperatures ≤850°C. Widely deployed in road vehicles (gasoline/diesel engines), non-road mobile machinery, and marine engine DOC, SCR, and DPF systems. Particularly cost-effective for underfloor catalyst mounting positions where exhaust temperatures are moderate and thermal shock is minimal. Not recommended for close-coupled turbocharger outlet applications or environments with extreme thermal shock.
