KYE400P is an economical polycrystalline wool (PCW) non-intumescent mat developed by KY-Mat. Manufactured using classic wet-laid technology and cost-effective, supply-stable PCW fibers, KYE400P is exempt from EU REACH restrictions—enabling unrestricted trade within the European Union.
Compatible with all common canning methods (hard stuffing, soft stuffing, GBD-Control) for long-term operation across most duty cycles. Offers broad applicability across passenger vehicles, light- and heavy-duty commercial vehicles, and non-road mobile machinery after-treatment systems. Compatible with thick-wall, thin-wall, and ultra-thin-wall substrates in TWC, GPF, DOC, DPF, SCR, ASC, and POC applications.
