WA100 is a high-performance polycrystalline wool (PCW) non-intumescent mat developed by KY-Mat. Manufactured using classic wet-laid technology and proprietary KY-Mat PCW fibers, WA100 delivers long-term, stable high holding force even under extreme operating conditions. As a PCW-based product, it is exempt from EU REACH restrictions—enabling unrestricted trade within the European Union.

Compatible with all common canning methods (hard stuffing, soft stuffing, GBD-Control) for sustained operation in severe thermal and mechanical environments. Compatible with thick-wall, thin-wall, and ultra-thin-wall substrates in TWC, GPF, DOC, DPF, SCR, ASC, and POC applications.
